STUFFED MUSHROOMS "ALLA" SANDRA 
1 pkg. med. sized mushrooms
1 stick butter
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Pecorino Romano cheese
1/4 tsp. red pepper seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 med. size onion

Remove stems "gently" from mushroom caps (so as not to break cap). Set stems aside. Wash mushroom caps thoroughly. Mince stems and 1/2 onion. In saucepan melt butter. Add stems and onions; saute for 5 minutes. Add cheese, salt, pepper and red pepper seeds; stir well.

Remove pan from heat and add bread crumbs until liquid is absorbed but not dry. Gently stuff mushroom caps. Place on cookie sheet. Spray "Pam" over mushrooms (very little). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
