1 box coconut macaroons (Pantry Pride) 4 oz. pecans (chopped coarsely) 1/2 gallon sherbet Lg. Cool Whip Crumble 1/2 box cookies into the Cool Whip. Add chopped pecans. Put layer of Cool Whip mixture into large Pyrex dish, add thick layer of sherbet, cover with top layer of Cool Whip mix. |
