CARROT CAKE 
3 c. self-rising flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
3 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Mix and pour into 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done in center.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 lb. box powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread on cooled cake.
