AUNT RUTH'S SPOONBURGER | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 med. bell pepper, chopped 1/2 c. ketchup 1/4 c. mustard 1 can chicken gumbo soup Brown first 3 ingredients; drain. Add soup; stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes over low heat. Serve open face on toasted buns with chips and pickles. |
