HOT MILK SPONGE CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Beat eggs. Add sugar until fluffy. Flour with baking powder and salt. Beat well vanilla. Heat milk with butter almost to boiling. Stir quickly into batter. Pour into 9-10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Remove and invert pan until cold then remove cake.
