HOT MILK SPONGE CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
1 c. milk (hot)

Cream eggs and sugar together until light and creamy. Add dry ingredients to mixture. Add hot milk last. Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes.
