PEACH COBBLER | |
1 stick butter 1 c. Bisquick 1 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 lg. can peaches (or any fruit with syrup) 1 tbsp. cornstarch (for thickening) Melt butter in an 8x8 baking dish. Thicken fruit and syrup in saucepan with cornstarch. Mix Bisquick, sugar, milk and vanilla (it will be thin and lumpy). Pour batter into dish with melted butter. Spoon thickened fruit into batter. Cook for about 45 minutes on 350 degrees. Let cool 30 minutes before cutting. |
