PEANUT BUTTER CREAM PIE 
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 (9 inch) baked pie crust

Combine sugar, cornstarch, flour, and salt. Add milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Cook two minutes longer. Remove from heat and stir a small amount of the hot mixture into the beaten egg yolks. Add egg yolk mixture to the remaining hot mixture and cook one minute longer stirring constantly. Add peanut butter and butter. Stir until well blended. Pour into a cooled, baked pie shell. Chill well before serving.
