CHICKEN & DRESSING CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, stewed & meat removed from bones
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb dressing mix
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. chicken stock

Mix butter and stuffing mix. Spread 3/4 of mixture into bottom of greased 11"x7" casserole. Lay pieces of chicken on top. Add drained mushrooms. Mix sour cream, soup and 1 cup of chicken stock. Spoon over chicken and dressing mix. Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over top. Pour remaining 1/2 cup of chicken stock over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
