NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
7 oz. pkg. shredded coconut

Place all ingredients except coconut into blender and blend until mixed. Then add coconut and blend on low speed until mixed. Pour into 2 greased pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted into center of pie.
