SHREWSBURY BISCUITS 
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cinnamon
1 1/2 c. butter, cut in sm. pieces

Sift flour, make a well in center. Add sugar, eggs, salt and cinnamon. Dot butter over flour. Quickly knead, press into ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with waxed paper, grease paper. Roll out dough, cut 2 1/2 to 3 inches in diameter. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, cool on baking sheets.
