BUTTER TOFFEE 
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. water
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped nuts
3 to 4 Hershey chocolate bars

Cook butter, sugar, and water on high heat, stirring constantly until the color of a paper bag. Butter a 6 x 9 inch cookie sheet and cover with chopped nuts. Pour sugar mixture over nuts and cover with broken pieces of chocolate bars. When chocolate melts, spread it. Refrigerate. When cold, crack into chunks
