JELLO SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) boxes Jello, any flavor (strawberry is good)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Chill until slightly set. Whip chilled evaporated milk until fluffy. Add cream cheese. Fold into Jello mixture and refrigerate until set.
