CABBAGE CHOW MEIN 
2 lb. ground beef
5 onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 c. shredded cabbage
2 cans cream of chicken soup
6 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can mushrooms

Brown meat, onions and celery. Add cabbage steam for 45 minutes. Add soup, soy sauce and mushrooms. Cook uncovered until celery is done. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
