LIBBY'S FAMOUS PUMPKIN PIE 
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 (16 oz.) can Libby's solid pack pumpkin
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 c. (12 oz. can) undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
1 (9") unbaked pie crust (4 c. volume)

Combine filling ingredients in order given; pour into pie crust. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Bake an additional 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. (If necessary, cover edge of crust with aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning.) Cool; garnish if desired.

Note: Bake pie on preheated heavy-duty cookie sheet only when using metal or foil pie pan.
