BRAN MUFFINS 
15 oz. box raisin bran
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. buttermilk

Mix first 8 ingredients well then add remaining ingredients. Store in refrigerator, covered. Stir in extra buttermilk if too thick. Bake in muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Will keep in refrigerator for weeks, so you can enjoy hot muffins many mornings.
