HUNGRY JACK BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
2 cans pork and beans
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. minced onions
1 can refrigerated biscuits
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown beef, drain. Stir in next 5 ingredients, heat until bubbly, pour into casserole dish. Cut biscuits into halves for twenty 1/2 circles. Place cut side down around edge of other ingredients. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
