BUTTERMILK PIE CUSTARD 
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1 c. Karo syrup
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all the above into beaten eggs. Stir by hand and pour into 9-inch pie crust and bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
