1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. cream 1 tsp. butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. chopped pecans Boil the sugar and cream together until it forms a firm ball when tried in cold water. Add butter and vanilla and remove from fire; cool and beat until creamy. Add the broken pecans and stir well. Drop by tablespoons onto buttered paper and allow to harden. |
