2 c. peanuts
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. water
Dash of salt

Place all ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture crystallizes and coats peanuts, about 10 minutes. Spread in buttered 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir and bake another 15 minutes. Cool.
