STRETCH - THE - BUCK CHICKEN 
MEAL 1:
1 skinned and deboned chicken, cut up
1 lb. pasta
Your own spaghetti sauce

Simmer chicken in sauce until cooked. In separate pan cook pasta. Drain and serve with chicken sauce.

MEAL 2:
Bones and skin of 1 chicken
1 qt. water
1 med. chopped onion
2 chopped carrots
2 stalks celery
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. egg noodles

Boil chicken skin and bones until makes a good broth. Strain; add chopped vegetables, salt and pepper. Cook until vegetables are cooked. Add egg noodles and serve. Enjoy!
