ICE CREAM MINCE PIE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs or chocolate wafer crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. mincemeat, well drained (S & W brandied mincemeat)
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Make crumb crust of first three ingredients and chill until set. Stir mincemeat into softened ice cream. Put in freezer until almost firm then fill pie shell and freeze.
