CHEERIOS CRUNCH 
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
4 c. Cheerios

Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar and cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Blend in Cheerios and stir a few minutes over low heat until Cheerios are coated. Spread out in a thin layer on wax paper. Crumble when cool. Tastes like caramel corn.
