1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. salted peanuts
1/2 c. honey or Karo syrup
3 c. Cheerios

Cook sugar and honey in medium pan until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Stir in Cheerios and peanuts. Pat in a 9 x 13 well buttered pan. Cut while warm.
