CHEESE STRUDEL (SALTED) 
1 lb. (8 oz.) lg. curd cottage cheese
5 eggs
1 pkg. strudel loaves (can be bought in Greek store or Dominicks)
1 stick butter, salted
1 med. piece feta cheese
A little corn oil

Combine cottage cheese, melted stick butter, feta cheese (crumbled in pieces) with a little oil in bowl. You can just stir this with a spoon. In empty bowl beat eggs. After eggs are beaten add to cottage cheese mixture and stir everything.

Get a pan, 8 x 10 inch, etc. depending on how much you want to make, grease it and put one strudel leave on bottom then add cottage cheese mixture on top then keep adding until all leaves and mixture are finished. The cottage cheese mixture should be left on top of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or light brown.
