BAKED CABBAGE 
1 med. head of cabbage
1 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. crackers, crushed
1 c. cheese, grated

Cook cabbage. To make sauce melt butter. Add flour and milk and cook. Layer cabbage, crackers, cheese and sauce. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake until cheese melts.
