BAKED CABBAGE 
1 med. size head cabbage
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 pt. milk
1/2 lb. cut shredded cheese
1/4 tsp. mustard

Boil cabbage in salt water until tender. Drain and make dressing. Combine in casserole dish and cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 1/2 hour in a 350 degree oven.
