CALAMONDIN PIE 
1 baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. calamondin juice
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Combine condensed milk with calamondin juice. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate. Can be topped with more Cool Whip if desired.
