PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Drain fruit, reserving 6 tablespoons of juice. Combine sugar and flour. Stir in reserved juice. Add butter, cheese and pineapple. Pour into casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Add Ritz crackers on top and reduce oven to 250°F.

Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
