1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 can Thank You butterscotch pudding

Mix together.

6 oz. butterscotch bits
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts, if desired

Mix together and put on top of cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
