2/3 c. sugar 2 c. Bisquick 1 egg 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 c. milk 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/4 c. sugar Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix 2/3 cup sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Combine Bisquick, 1/4 cup sugar, nutmeg, 2 tablespoons butter, egg and milk. Beat vigorously for half a minute. Fill 24 tiny greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 10 minutes. Immediately roll in 1/4 cup melted butter then roll in sugar cinnamon mixture. Serve warm - good for brunch. |
