ZUCCHINI RELISH 
2 green peppers, ground coarsely
5 c. grated zucchini
4 white or yellow onions, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. turmeric
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar

Combine peppers, zucchini, onion and salt - let stand 30 minutes. Drain well. Add turmeric, mustard seed, celery seed, vinegar and sugar in large pan. Cook until syrupy. Put into hot sterilized jars and seal. Recipe can be doubled or tripled. Very good relish.
