OLD FASHIONED BREAD PUDDING 
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins

Measure into 1 quart measuring cup (microwavable) milk and butter. Microwave on high for 4 minutes until butter is melted and milk warm. Stir 3 well beaten eggs into milk mixture and mix well.

Spread bread crumbs evenly in 8 inch round microwave dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and raisins. Pour milk mixture over bread crumbs. Microwave medium high 9-12 minutes rotating dish after 6 minutes. Let cool. Serve warm or chilled with cream or sauce of your preference.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
