CHEESE-TOPPED LAMB CHOPS 
4 (6 oz. each) loin lamb chops, about 2 inches thick
1 (5 oz.) pkg. garlic-and-herb cheese spread
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained

1. Place lamb chops on rack in broiler pan; sprinkle with dash each salt and pepper. Broil 6 inches from heat 8 minutes. Turn chops; broil 5 minutes.

2. In small bowl, mix cheese with pimentos; spoon on top of lamb chops, dividing evenly. Broil 3 minutes longer. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
