LEMON HERB SEASONING 
4 1/2 tbsp. dried basil
3 3/4 tbsp. dried oregano
1 1/2 tbsp. powdered black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. granulated onion
1 1/2 tbsp. whole celery seed
1 1/4 tbsp. powdered basil
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
1/2 tsp. lemon rind, grated (optional)

Makes approximately 1 cup. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Toss gently with spoon until well blended. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place for up to six months.
