PASTA AND WALNUT FRUIT SALAD 
8 oz. med. pasta shells
1 apple
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 c. red grapes
1 c. green grapes
1/2 c. walnut halves
8 oz. non-fat yogurt
1/4 c. orange juice concentrate

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Core and chop apple, slice celery and cut grapes in half. In large bowl, toss cooked pasta, apple, celery, grapes, and walnuts.

In small bowl, combine yogurt and orange juice concentrate. Add yogurt mixture to pasta and toss to coat all ingredients. Cover, chill thoroughly. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
