DRUMSTICKS VERMOUTH FOR TWO 
2 whole fryer chicken leg & thigh
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. dry vermouth
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Place chicken in baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Position chicken about 4 inches from heat source and broil until lightly browned. Mix together butter, honey, lemon juice and vermouth. Pour over browned chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until fork can be inserted with ease. Serve over steamed rice.
