CREAMY CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
4 c. cooked chicken
2 c. mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
5 (8 oz.) boxes (steamed) broccoli spears
Butter
Seasoned bread crumbs
3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice, curry powder; fold in chicken. Steam broccoli spears. Line casserole dish (11x13) with broccoli spears. Place chicken mixture in center of dish. Mix melted butter and bread crumbs; sprinkle on top. Then top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
