TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 crushed pineapple, 8 oz., drained
4 c. diced red apples
1 Cool Whip, 8 oz.
1 c. salted peanuts
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. cider vinegar

In saucepan mix flour and sugar. Add beaten egg. Mix well. Add vinegar and pineapple juice. Cook over low heat until thick. Cool. Combine apple, pineapple and nuts. Pour cooled mixture over fruit and fold in Cool Whip.
