RAVIOLI WITH OLIVE OIL, GARLIC AND BASIL SAUCE | |
Trust me, this dinner is really good. I love it and so does my family. I just hope you like it too. 1 (20 oz.) bag Italian ravioli (your choice) SAUCE: 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) 2 pinches basil 2 to 3 cloves garlic, cut into little pieces In a small frying pan bring together olive oil, basil and chopped garlic on medium heat. Cook until the garlic is a little golden then set aside. Boil the water for the ravioli then let it simmer the ravioli will float to the top when they are done. Drain ravioli. To serve, put ravioli onto plate and top it with the olive oil sauce and a piece of lovely garlic bread. Enjoy! Submitted by: Heather |
