CHICKEN OR VEAL PARMESAN 
Chicken breast or veal
Eggs, beaten
Progresso bread crumbs
2 c. Parmesan
28 oz. your favorite spaghetti sauce
8 oz. spaghetti noodles (cooked)
Mozzarella slices

Dip meat in egg, then in bread crumbs mixed with 1/2 cup Parmesan. Cook in thin layer oil in fry pan until golden.

Mix sauce with 1 cup Parmesan. (May add mushrooms and green pepper.) In 13x9x2 pan spread a thin layer of sauce and cover with cooked noodles. Top with cooked meat. Cover with lots of Mozzarella and drench on sauce. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees until cooked through, 1/2 - 3/4 hour.
