RHUBARB JAM 
5 c. rhubarb
5 c. sugar
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 boxes strawberry Jello

Let rhubarb and sugar set overnight. Boil the mixture 5 minutes. Add the drained pineapple. Add Jello and boil 5 minutes. Pour into jars and seal.
