PEPPERONI-CHEESE SPREAD 
16 oz. (presliced) pepperoni (Hormel)
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. fresh chopped parsley or dried equivalent
1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream

Chop pepperoni (use food processor); mix with cream cheese and parsley. In separate bowl, whip the whipping cream. Fold into pepperoni mixture (using a mixer at this point works fine). Put in bowl (it helps for unmolding to spray bowl with Pam) and chill.

When ready to serve, place bowl in sink with hot water and unmold onto plate. Serve with crackers.
