TANGY CHEESE SPREAD 
2 lb. container of Velveeta
1 lb. bacon
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 bottle of horseradish
1/8 tsp. cayenne

Melt Velveeta. Cube one lb. at a time and microwave on 7 for about 2 minutes. Then transfer to oven to stay warm and cube and microwave the other pound. Meanwhile, fry and crumb the bacon. Mix cheese and bacon with the mayonnaise, horseradish and cayenne. Pour into crocks or plastic storage containers. Will last up to 2 months.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
