MOM'S HOT HORSERADISH CHEESE
SPREAD
 
1 (3 lb.) Velveeta cheese brick
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) jar horseradish
2 lg. jars with lids for storage

Slowly melt the cheese cut in chunks over low heat. Add mayonnaise and horseradish. Pour in jars and let cool. Refrigerate.
