CLEMSON MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. onions, chopped
1 dash Texas Pete
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/4 c. milk

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix ingredients thoroughly. Shape mixture into 1- inch balls. Place on ungreased baking pan. Bake 10 minutes or until done.

CLEMSON MEATBALL SAUCE:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mustard
1/4 stick butter

Mix all ingredients. Melt butter in pan and stir in all other ingredients. Heat 15 minutes on low.
