2 c. grated zucchini
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 onion, grated
1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, shredded
1 tsp. salt

Mix everything together well. Pour into buttered 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
