EASY OVEN STEW 
2 lbs. boneless beef round
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. oil
4 sm. onions, quartered
4 carrots, pared
4 potatoes, pared and quartered
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. water
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Cut beef in 1-inch cubes. Cut carrots in 1-inch cubes.

Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in bowl. Drop in beef a portion at a time. Mix until coated. Add in oil. Bake in casserole dish uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir.

Add vegetables, water, and tomato sauce; mix well. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
