SHRIMP ON THE GRILL 
2 lb. jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined (with tails on)
1 c. olive oil
1/4 c. chile sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pinch of pepper

Mix all ingredients and pour over the shrimp in a glass dish. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. Drain and reserve sauce to baste.

Preheat and oil a grilling basket 4-inches above fire on grill. Baste; turn once. Grill 6 minutes on each side.
