6 MILKY WAY® bars
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter
2 1/2 c. plain flour, sifted
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt bars and 1 stick butter in saucepan over very low heat. Beat remaining stick butter and sugar in medium size bowl until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Add flour and baking soda alternately with buttermilk. Stir until smooth.
